Lentil Chilli

Introduction

Lovely and filling vegetarian chilli - serve with rice, burritos or wraps.. Lovely and filling vegetarian chilli - serve with rice, burritos or wraps..

Ingredients

    1/2 can choppped tomatoes
    100g dry lentils
    50g onion
    1 tspn chilli flakes
    3 cloves garlic
    1/2 can cooked red kidney beans
    1/2 tspn veggie stock

Directions

Stir fry the onion and garlic in a non stick pan.
Add lentils and 1/2 can tomatoes - add in a little water and boil until lentils are cooked.
Add chili flakes, 1 tspn veggie stock and 1/2 tbspn balsamic vinegar.
