Almond Poppy Seed Bread

Ingredients

3 cups flour
2 cups flour
1.5 tsp baking powder
1 tsp salt
2 scoops vanilla protein powder
2 Tbs. ground flax
3 eggs
1.5 cups skim milk
1 cup canola oil
1.5 tbls poppy seeds
1.5 tbls vanilla flavoring
1.5 tbls almond extract
Mix all ingredients together, beat 2 minutes. Bake in 2 large Pammed gread pans for 1 hour at 350 degrees. I used 6 small loaf pans, 4 servings per small loaf.
