Ingredients

Calories per serving of Creamy Italian Dressing (low fat)
39 calories of Olive Oil, (0.33 tbsp)
13 calories of Italian salad dressing mix, (0.10 serving)
11 calories of Kraft Mayo Fat Free Mayonnaise Salad Dressing, (1 tbsp)
8 calories of Granulated Sugar, (0.50 tsp)
8 calories of Parmesan Cheese, grated, (0.33 tbsp)
4 calories of Garlic, (1 clove)
4 calories of Milk, Fat Free, Skim, (0.32 oz)
2 calories of Cilantro, dried, (0.30 tbsp)
1 calories of Cider Vinegar, (0.33 tbsp)
0 calories of Basil, (0.10 tbsp)

Directions

Easy: just mix ingredients together!

The ingredients are for one serving. I would make 3 or 4 services at a time. So instead of 1/3 tablespoon you would be adding 1 tablespoon. Easier to calculate and gives you more servings for later.

  • This sounds really good. Especially using the milk & mayo. I'm going to try it in the blender to be sure to get it all mixed up. I'm not sure how the milk & vinegar will mix. Thought they might curdle, but I'm sure the blender should take care of that. Thanks. - 2/1/10
