Quick coleslaw, stores well in fridge and great with fish which I like on Saturdays, after watching the fishing shows.

Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    4 cups grated, or thinly sliced cabbage
    1/2 small onion, finely chopped
    1/4 cup grated carrot
    1/4 cup real mayonaise
    2 tbsp whole milk
    salt, pepper, garlic, other spices to taste

Directions

1. mix all ingredients in a bowl well
2. let stand in fridge for at least 4 hours.
3. serve
