Whole Wheat Pizza Crust

Ingredients

    1 tsp sugar
    1 1/2 cups warm water
    1 Tbsp active dry yeast
    1 Tbsp olive oil
    1 tsp salt
    3 cups whole wheat flour
    3 Tbs King Arthur Pizza Seasoning (optional)

Directions

Place all ingredients in bread machine on dough cycle. When complete roll dough out or stretch with hands using flour or corn meal to prevent sticking. Top as desired and bake 16-20 minutes or until edges are golden brown and cheese is bubbly.
