Sleepmom's Chicken Fajitas

Introduction

Low sodium, low fat, easy to prepare! Low sodium, low fat, easy to prepare!
Number of Servings: 5

Ingredients

    2 Chicken Breast, raw boneless skinless, trimmed of excess fat and sliced into thin strips (263 gram)
    2 small Onions, raw, sliced (1 cup)
    Peppers, sweet, red, fresh, 1 cup, strips
    Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips
    Garlic, 3 cloves, minced (11 grams)
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Cumin and Red pepper flakes, to taste

Directions

Heat Olive Oil in large skillet. Add Onions and Peppers, saute with spices about 2-3 minutes, then add chicken and garlic. Cook until chicken is done, about 5 minutes. Serve over rice. on a salad, or with tortillas.
