Roni's Chicken Noodle Soup (1 cup)

Introduction

Chicken Noodle soup from things I had in the house. Makes 16 cups Chicken Noodle soup from things I had in the house. Makes 16 cups
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    2 Skinless boneless chicken breasts
    1 Cup cut up carrots (bite size)
    1/2 cup of sliced celery
    1/2 cup chopped yellow onions
    1 small can sweet peas (5 oz) drained
    1 Pkg Swanson low sodium Chicken Broth (32 oz)
    2 Cups Water
    1 Pkg No Yokes Egg White Pasta (Dumplings) 8 oz

Directions

Chop carrots, onions and celery and put into a 6 quart pot. ( I cut everything else before the chicken). Pour in the Chicken broth and water. Cut chicken into bite size pieces and lightly brown in skillet. Add chicken and pasta to pot and bring to a boil. Simmer 20 minutes, add peas and cook an additional 10 minutes.
