Teresa's Egg Salad

Introduction

A quick and easy lunch one can pack. A quick and easy lunch one can pack.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 fresh eggs
    Spray eggs with I Can't Believe Its Butter with 1 or 2 servings ( each serving is 5 sprays)
    2 TBsp of mayonaise ( I used light Kraft)
    No Sugar added pickles ( between 6-12 slices) depending on taste)
    Salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Boil the 4 eggs until hard boiled
Peel the shells and chop up eggs
add the mayo, mustard, butter spray and pickles. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Depending on your family size you can double the recipe
