1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup
1 1/2 cup Milk, 2%
4 fl oz. Sherry, dry, 4 fl. oz
1/2 t. Nutmeg, ground
1 T. Lemon juice
3/4 c. fat free cheddar cheese
1/2 c. egg substitute, liquid
2 T. Butter, salted
1/2 t. *Old Bay Seasoning
4 oz. Scallops, raw
4 pc. **Imitation Crab Meat
1 c. *aldi imitation lobster
In a large saucepan, add all ingredients and stir well. Heat until boiling, then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Prepare rice or noodles while newburg is simmering.
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve while hot.
Serve over rice or noodles.
NOTE: Nutrition calculations do not include rice or noodles.
NOTE: To decrease cals, decrease sherry to 1 T. , use low fat milk, decrease cheese, decrease butter and/or halve the amounts of seafood.
