Clean Eating's Greek Salad

Ingredients

    4 tomatoes, diced
    1 english cucumber, diced
    1/4 C red onion, chopped
    2/3 C kalamata olives
    2 Tbsp olive oil
    2 Tbsp lemon juice
    Italian Seasoning to taste
    Black pepper to taste
    4 oz feta cheese
    Garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Chop tomatoes, cucumbers, onion, and mince garlic. Place into a bowl altogether. Sprinkle seasonings on top of vegetables. Whisk olive oil and lemon juice together. Pour over vegetables and mix in feta. Chill until ready to serve.
