Broccoli and Tofu Saute

Introduction

Vegan version of my favorite garlicy oily meal :) Vegan version of my favorite garlicy oily meal :)
Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    1 c. chopped broccoli
    1/4 cube of extra firm tofu
    2 oz./ 1 c. prepared whole wheat pasta
    1 clove of garlic
    1 tbs. extra virgin olive oil

Directions

Heat a non stick skillet at medium high heat. Spray pan with cooking spray and add broccoli, saute for two minutes. Chop into cubes and add tofu and garlic. Saute until golden. Add EVOO and add to pasta. Enjoy.
