Pasta Primavera with Diced Ham

Submitted by: ITSMEWENDYLEE

Introduction

Creamy pasta gets a nutrtional facelift! Using whole grain shells improves GI factor and adds fiber. A tweak of another recipe I had found on the site, adding ham and zucchini and using fresh onion and garlic rather than dried. Creamy pasta gets a nutrtional facelift!
