Ingredients

    Ingredients:
    Sour Cream, 1 tbsp
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Portabella Mushrooms, 10 oz package
    Onions, red raw, 1 large
    Parsley, fresh 1 tbsp
    Flour, white, 3 tbsp
    Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp
    Greek Yogurt Nonfat, 1 cup

Directions

slice onions and mushrooms
sweat onions in olive oil
add mushrooms and soften add parsley
add flour and stir til coats veg
add beef broth and simmer
add yogurt and stir to incorporate on lower heat
Add sour cream
add balsamic vinegar

serve over pasta or rice
