Coconut Rice Pudding

Ingredients

    1 cup brown short grain rice
    2 cups fat free milk
    1 can fat free evaporated milk
    1 can lite coconut milk
    cinnamon
    3 tbsp brown sugar
    1/2 cup of coconut flakes

Directions

Mix all ingredients in and bring to a boil
Simmer for 1-1 1/2 hours
