    Soup bone beef
    vegatable juice cocktail v-8 460z
    carrots raw 2 cups chopped
    onions raw 1 cup chopped
    cabbage fresh 1/2 medium
    tofu firm 1 block
    water tap 32 oz

Directions

simmer beef bone in water
when able take meat off bone simmer more then add onions, tofu, and carrots simmer more then add v-8 juice and simmer more taste and season then add potatoes and simmer more till potaoes done then add cabbage cook til tender.
