Tuna noodle casserole

Ingredients

    2 CANS LIGHT TUNA IN WATER
    1 CAN CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP
    1 BOX BARILLA PLUS PENNE PASTA
    3 OZ. SHARP CHEDDAR CHEESE
    2 WEDGES LAUGHING COW FRENCH ONION AT ROOM TEMP.
    1.5 CUPS FRESH CHOPPED BROCCOLI
    1/2 CUP WATER

Directions

Cook one package of Barilla Plus Penne noodles until done to your liking, drain. In the now empty pot add 1 can of cream of mushroom soup, 3 oz of sharp cheddar cheese, the two wedges of laughing cow french onion at room temperature, 1.5 cup of broccoli and up to 1/2 cup of water. Heat until cheese is completely melted. Mix in noodles. Put in a casserole dish and bake at 350 for approx. 15 minutes. Serve. Makes 8 servings
