* Avocados, California (Haas), 4 fruit without skin and seeds (remove)
* Neufchatel Cheese, 1 package (3 oz) (remove)
* Lime Juice, 1 lime yields (remove)
* Garlic, 1 clove (remove)
* *Crushed Red Pepper (a dash), 1 serving (remove)
Mix together avocados, cheese, lime juice, minced garlic, and a dash of crushed red pepper.
Keep the avocado pits. Place them in the dip when it's not being served to keep it fresh and green. Usually the top will discolor, but everything under the top will stay nice and fresh and green for up to a week!
