4 Slices of Cheese, Swiss is a favorite.
1 Medium Onion, Sliced.
1 oz. White Wine.
1 Can of Button Mushrooms Stems & Pieces, or any variety to add more flavor.
1/4 C. Roasted Red Bell Peppers, optional. *Not included in this Recipe.
* Note, this topping requires the meat to be pre-cooked just until done.
When the Topping has simmered 3-5 min. Add the meat and mound the Vegetables on top of the meat, add the Cheese slices to the top of each serving, turn off the heat leaving the pan on the burneer; replace the lid and when the Cheese has melted- Serve.
