Gluten Free Banana Bread with LSA

Introduction

Number of Servings: 9

Ingredients

    2 cups Gluten Free Plain Flour (I use white wings)
    1/2 tsp bicarb soda
    1 tsp baking powder
    1/2 cup LSA
    1/2 cup brown sugar - loosely packed
    1 1/2 cups mashed overripe banana
    1/2 cup rice bran oil
    1 egg
    1 tsp vanilla

Directions

Makes 9 - 2 cm slices
Sift flour, bicarb, baking powder into a bowl, add LSA and brown sugar, stir to combine.
In a sepate bowl/jug combine remaining ingredients.
Add banana mix to the flour mix and stir to combine.
Place in a lined loaf pan and bake a 180c for 45 mins.
