Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    5 cups whole wheat flour
    2 Tbsp + 2 tsp baking powder
    2 Tbsp Honey
    2 sticks (one cup) butter

Directions

Pulse all ingredients in food processor. Refrigerate.

Pancakes: 1 cup mix, 3/4 cup milk, 1 egg. Makes six 1/4 cup pancakes

Muffins: 1 cup mix, 2 Tbsp honey, 1 egg, 1/4 cup milk. Bake at 400 for 17 minutes. Makes six muffins

Biscuits: 1 Cup mix, 1/4 cup milk. Bake at 450 for 8 minutes
