Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 Cup Whole wheat Baking Mix
    2 Tbsp Honey
    1 large egg
    1/4 cup milk

Directions

Mix ingredients and divide into 6 muffin cups. Bake at 400 for 17 minutes. You can also stir in dry fruit, blueberries, diced apple, or add cinnamon or other spices.
