Peanut Butter Granola

Introduction

I got this recipe from my good friend Fhamwey...very good! I got this recipe from my good friend Fhamwey...very good!
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 Tbl Expeller pressed canola Oil
    1 Cup Old Fashioned Rolled Oats
    1/2 cup 6 grain Cereal
    1/3 cup peanut butter
    1/3 cup honey
    1 teaspoon vanilla
    1/4 teaspoon salt
    1/2 cup Raw peanuts


Directions

Directions: Put honey, oil and peanut butter into a pan with salt and vanilla. Stir the mixture until hot. Add in the cereal and peanuts and mix thoroughly until all the cereal is coated. Turn out on to a greased baking sheet and spread out the ingredients. Bake for 30 minutes at 350. Make sure you move everything around every 5-10 minutes with a spatula. Remove when brown or crisp enough. Let cool for 10 15 min. Split between 9 Ziploc bags when cool.
