Ingredients

4 c. low sodium chicken broth
6 oz Monteray Jack cheese, Shredded
1 c. fat free milk
1 c. frozen corn
4 oz can chopped green chilies
1 c. cornmeal
1 tsp crushed oregano
2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp salt
non stick cooking spray
Directions
Spray slow cooker with cooking spray. In large bowl mix all the ingredients. Pour into slow cooker. Cover and cook on low for 5-7 hours, stirring once half way through. Turn off cooker and let stand for 30 min stirring occasionally before serving. makes 12 -1/3 c. servings
