Greek chicken kabobs

Introduction

This chicken is absolutely delicious, I always make extra to use on a salad the next day. This chicken is absolutely delicious, I always make extra to use on a salad the next day.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    3-4 boneless skinnless chicken breasts
    1cup plain yogurt
    1tsp oregano
    1.5 tsp cumin
    1tsp corriander
    1tbsp grill seasoning
    One onion sliced
    olive oil or non-stick cooking spray

Directions

cut chicken into 1.5 inch pieces
in a large bowl, mix yogurt and spices, add chicken and turn to coat. Let chicken sit 10-15 minutes.
chop onion into pieces about the same size as the chicken.
Thread chicken and onion onto skewers.
coat grill or grill pan with olive oil or non-stick cooking spray (I always use a george foreman grill). Grill chicken kabobs about 5 minutes each side, or until cooked through.

This chicken makes a great protein choice for a salad. I also serve it with brown rice and veggies!
