Crockpot Beef Tips

Introduction

Easy meal -- great served over Brown Rice or Noodles. Easy meal -- great served over Brown Rice or Noodles.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    2 pounds Lean Beef Tenderloin Steaks
    4 cups beef broth
    1 Large onion (308 grams)
    4 Tbs - Ketchup
    Several dashes Worchestershire Sauce
    2 Tbs - Smart Balance Light
    13g - Flour

    To taste:
    Season All
    Tony Chaceres
    Salt and pepper

Directions

Combine all ingredients except butter and flour in crockpot. Add Season All, Tony C's, salt and pepper to taste. Set to low and cook for 8-10 hours. When ready to serve melt butter on stovetop and add flour and some of the sauce from the crockpot. Stir until combined and then add to the crockpot. This will allow the sauce to thicken.
