Ingredients

    Turkey, Ground turkey, 93% lean, 16 oz
    Bread crumbs, dry, grated, plain, .25 cup
    Onions, raw, .25 large (
    Egg, fresh, 1 large
    Sage, ground, 1 tbsp

Directions

Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl.

Heat large skillet with cooking spray.

Make patties (about 8) and place them in the skillet.

Cook until middle is firm and both sides are brown.

A serving is 2 patties
