Introduction

These I have only made for the top of a pot pie but they were light on the inside and crusty on the out side. They did not get soggy and absorb all the gravy. I addes some shredded chedder chees and pepper to the top but did not include in the ingriedents.

Ingredients


    Bisquick, 1 cup
    Light Sour Cream - 1/2 cup

Directions

MIx together
Kneed about 10-20 times
Pat out & cut with a small biscut cutter.

I get about 8 small biscuts.
