6 cups rolled oats
1 cups broken pecans/ walnuts/ cashews/ sunflower/ pumpkin seeds
1 cup slivered almonds
2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
3/4 c honey or maple sugar
1/2 cup olive or canola oil
1 cup raisins
1 cup dried apricots
Pre-heat oven to 300 degrees.
Mix the dry ingredients together including the spices. In a cup or bowl whisk the honey and oil together to combine. Add it to the dry ingredients and mix by hand. Divide the mixture between 2 pans that are sprayed with non stick oil. Place the pans in the oven and rotate them every 15 minutes for a total of 45. Let cool completely on pans before transferring to an airtight storage container.
