Tropical Fruit Salad with Greek Yogurt

Ingredients

    1 20 oz can crushed pineapples in juice (drained)
    1 (2 serving) can lite mandarin oranges in jice (drained)
    2 cups plain, non-fat Greek Yogurt
    4 tablespoons sweetened, shredded coconut
    1 small box of sugar-free orange gelatin

Directions

-Mix together gelatin powder and greek yogurt until blended
-Add all other ingredients and mix well

-Makes 8 servings (1/2 cup each)
