Black and white bean soup

Introduction

Ran out of black beans so added white beans. Ran out of black beans so added white beans.
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 can great northern beans, drained and rinsed
    1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
    1 carrot, sliced finely
    2.5 cups kitchen basics stock

Directions

Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan. Cook over medium heat until carrots are tender. Serve with cheese and/or sour cream if desired.

Approximately 6 1 cup servings.
