IntroductionCreamy and cheesy without the dairy! Creamy and cheesy without the dairy!
1 cup Quinoa, dry
1 tsp Vegetarian Bouillon
1 1/4 - 1 1/2 cup water
4 Tbsp Nutritional Yeast
1/2-1 tsp Garlic Powder
1-1 1/2 tsp Dried Parsley, or double the amount of fresh parsley
Add 1 1/4 cups of water and the vegetarian bouillon to a pot along with the quinoa and bring to a boil. Once boiling, reduce to simmer until tender, and the little rings of the quinoa separate.
Remove from heat. If it is still slightly wet, add the nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and parsley. If all the water is gone, you might want to add a Tbsp or two to the mix.
