TILAPIA TOSTADAS

Submitted by: MJWILBANKS

Introduction

Full of flavor and so satisfying for something that has the same calories as a lean cuisine! Inspiration from a meal I had at Bahama Breeze that totally won me over! I eat this at least twice a week. • Awesome! Was as easy as it sounded. I sprinkled a little queso cheese crumbles over the top. I do recommend putting tostadas in oven BEFORE putting beans on it to keep it crunchy. - 1/8/13
