Introduction

A twist on regular oatmeal...great for work since it has the milk cooked in and can just be brought in a container. A twist on regular oatmeal...great for work since it has the milk cooked in and can just be brought in a container.
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    * *Quaker Oats - Quick 1 Minute - Dry, 1 cup
    * Milk, 1%, 1 cup
    * *Raisins, Sun-Maid Natural California 1.5 oz box, 1.5 oz
    * Cranberries, dried, sweetened (craisins), 0.33 cup
    * Cinnamon, ground, .5 tsp
    * Salt, 1 tsp (remove)
    * Water, tap, 1.5 cup
    * Brown Sugar, 3 tsp

Directions

The night before mix together oats, 1 cup water and 1 cup milk, salt, cinnamon, raisins and craisins in a pot and refrigerate.
In the morning, add an additional 1/2 cup of water, cook 7-10 minutes on medium heat, until oats are fully cooked, stirring frequently. Top with brown sugar
