Introduction

I got this recipie from TLC's "How Stuff Works" website. Very tasty and filling. If you don't like spice, you can leave out the red pepper flakes and you can reduce the sodium by using low sodium teriyaki sauce I got this recipie from TLC's "How Stuff Works" website. Ingredients

    Chicken Breast, boneless, skinless, 8 ounces
    Salt, 1 tsp
    Black Pepper, 1/4 tsp
    Ginger Root, 1 tsp, minced
    Garlic, 1 tsp, minced
    Red Pepper flakes, 1/4 teaspoon
    Teriyaki Sauce, 1/4 cup
    Cabbage, red, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Cabbage, fresh, 2 cup, chopped
    Radishes, 1/4 cup slices
    Carrots, raw, 1/2 cup, chopped
    Flour Tortilla's, Burrito Size (10"), 4 serving
    Scallions (green onion) 1/4 cup, chopped

Directions

Spray nonstick wok or large skillet with cooking spray; heat over medium-high heat.

Season chicken with salt and pepper and stir-fry for 2 minutes. Add ginger, garlic and pepper flakes; stir-fry 2 minutes.

Add teriyaki sauce; mix well. Add coleslaw mix and green onions; stir-fry 4 minutes or until chicken is cooked through and cabbage is crisp-tender.

Evenly spoon chicken mixture down center of tortillas. Roll up to form wraps.
