Tofu with Coconut, Mushroom & Asparagus

Ingredients

125g firm tofu
100g mushrooms
100g asparagus
50g onion
40g plain yoghurt
3 cloves garlic
1 tbspn coriander (cilantro)
1 tspn curry powder / garam masala
5g maggi coconut powder
Directions
Chop onion, garlic, asparagus and mushrooms - dry fry in non stick pan.
Add cubed tofu
Mix coconut powder with 1 tbspn warm water - mix into yoghurt.
Take veggies off the heat and add yoghurt mixture slowly.
Add spices and coriander
Return to slow heat - serve when warm
