Pineapple and Ham Pizza Tortilla

Ingredients

    6 in. Whole Wheat Tortilla (low carb)
    1/4 C Del Monte Tomato & Basil Spaghetti Sauce
    1/4 C Pineapple Tidbits in 100% Pineapple juice
    25 grams Land O'Frost Premium Natural Hickory Smoked Ham
    1/4 C finely shredded Marble Jack Cheese

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees

Spray an iron skillet or oven proof dish with cooking spray. Heat on top of stove, add whole wheat tortilla. Turn tortilla when it puffs and starts browning.

After turning spread with pizza sauce, topping and cheese. Cook tortilla until brown on bottom.

Slide into oven for 5 minutes or until cheese melts.

Slice into pizza slices, or fold and cut into quesidilla slices.
