Introduction

steamed veggies, poached thin chicken breast and 1 cup of Iron Chef's General Tso sauce and glaze steamed veggies, poached thin chicken breast and 1 cup of Iron Chef's General Tso sauce and glaze
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    25 baby carrots
    1 green bell pepper
    2 cups chopped broccoli
    1/2 small yellow onion
    8 thin chicken breast
    1 cup iron chef's General Tso sauce and glaze

    Slice veggies thin and steam in microwave in glass bowl.
    Poach chicken in deep pan and shred
    combine in metal bowl
    add 1 cup of Iron Chef's General Tso sauce and glaze and mix. Place in fridge until later and re heat in pan or place in pan immediately heat and serve.

    Makes 6 - 1 cup - servings

    Can serve over brown rice

cook time is just to reheat. If you get pre cut veggies the prep time would be approx 10-15 minutes. Re-heat in pan on med heat for 10 minutes or until heated thru
