1 15 oz. can of black beans, drained and rinsed
1/2 c. agave nectar or sugar
1/2 c. self-rising flour
2 eggs (or 1/2 c. egg whites)
1/4 c. unsweetened cocoa
2 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. baking powder
6 Tbsp. semisweet chocolate chips
In a food processor, mix all brownie ingredients together except chocolate chip. Chop on high until smooth.
Clean off sides and blend for another 20 seconds.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Spread into 8x8 baking dish sprayed with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook for 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Makes 16 brownies.
