Introduction

I don't measure when I make this smoothie. I apologize for not having specifics. It's a great healthy smoothie and you can also add or delete things from it as you wish.

If you have any healthy suggestions to add to this, let me know.

I don't know how many servings this would be technically. I usually drink all of it and that is about 2-3 large glasses.

Number of Servings: 1

Ingredients

    At least a cup:
    kefir (or yogurt)

    about a 1/4 cup:
    acai juice
    POM (pomegrante juice)
    cranberry juice

    about a 1/2 cup water (or more).
    a few ice cubes (about 3-4)

    frozen berries
    1-2 bananas

    spinach, kale, or any other dark healthy greens (about a handful).

    2 Tbsp flaxseed oil
    2 Tbsp hemp oil

    1Tbsp chia seeds
    1 Tbsp wheat germ

Directions

Throw it all in a blender and mix.

I usually add another Tbsp of hemp oil to my glass of smoothie after I pour into the cup (mix with spoon).
