Ingredients

    1/2 cup pistachios
    1/4 cup maple syrup
    1/2 cup sunflower seeds
    5 cups rolled oats
    1/2 cup ground flax seed
    50 grams pumpkin seeds
    50 grams sesame seeds
    1/2 cup sliced almonds

Directions

Toss oatmeal with maple syrup and bake at 350F til it starts to colour slightly and smells good. Stir and add remaining ingredients and continue to roast until nuts start to colour, stirring occasionally. Let cool and store in airtight container.
