Ingredients

    6 Chicken Breasts, cubed, fat and skin removed
    Olive Oil, 1 tbsp
    Minced Garlic, 3 tsp
    Ground Cummin, .5 tsp
    Chicken Broth, 3 cup (8 fl oz)
    Chili powder, 1.5 tsp
    Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
    Chunky Salsa, 1.5 cup
    *Kraft Finely Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese, 0.5 cup
    Sour Cream, 1 cup

Directions

Over medium heat saute chicken in oil for 5 minutes. Add garlic and cummin, then add broth and chili powder, lemon juice and salsa. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 20 - 30 minutes. Pour into a bowl (over chips if you can have them) add shredded cheese and a dollup of sour cream.
