Ingredients

    3 cups ground flaxseed meal
    2 tbsp coconut oil
    1/2 cup agave nectar
    dash sea salt
    1/4 cup water

Put all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Form into 8 "pancakes".
OPTIONAL: Add fruit and/or nuts to batter. Top with fruit, syrup or jam.
