Ingredients

    2 cups roasted chicken breast
    1/3 cup fat free plain yogurt
    1 tablespoon light mayo
    1 teaspoon curry powder
    2 tablespoons chopped cashews
    1/3 japanese cucumber diced
    3 oroweat sandwich thins

Directions

mix the yogurt, mayo and curry powder together first. add chicken, cashews, and cucumber mix well. put 1/3 of the mix on an oroweat sandwich thin and enjoy!
