Jody's Kitchen Presents Cinna-Tea Eggs

Ingredients

10 large Eggs
10 cups Water
2 cups Soy Sauce (for cooking)
4 tbsp ground Cinnamon
1.2 cup Tea Leaves
Directions
Start off by bringing your eggs to a full rolling boil, then lower the temperature and simmer eggs in water for 10 minutes.
Immediately move eggs into a bowl of Ice Water, do not dispose of water in pot.
Add your remaining ingredients to the water and return to a boil. While this is heating back up your eggs should be about ready to be peeled.
As you peel your eggs set them aside until all are complete, then add to your pot.
Once pot comes to a boil, reduce heat again, and simmer for 1 hour (note if you simmer longer the flavor will be stronger).
Remove eggs from mixture, and rinse any excess leaves from your egg.
Ready to Eat
Note: Dispose of Cooking Liquid.
