2-3 pounds chicken wings
1 cup maple syrup
2/3 cup chili sauce
1/5 cup onion finely chopped
2 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
2 teaspoons worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon crused rep pepper flakes
Add the chicken to the marinade and coat. Refrigerate for about 4 hours or overnight. Drain and discard the marinade.
Bake wings in a 375 degree oven for 30-40 minutes or grill for about 20 minutes, basting as needed.
Makes 6 -2 wing servings.
