Ingredients

    trimmed steak

Directions

Heat large pan with oil, add 1/2 beef (thinly sliced) cook, set aside, then cook second 1/2 of beef. Add all beef to pan together with onions and cook for about 2 mins. Add sliced mushrooms and cook for a further 2 minutes. Add stock, tomato paste and sorcestershire sauce. Simmer uncovered for 5 minutes. Stir sour cream through and serve on either noodles or mash or rice (add calories for these)
