IntroductionLight chicken salad made with greek yogurt, fruit, and almonds. Light chicken salad made with greek yogurt, fruit, and almonds.
4 ounces of chicken breast, cooked and cubed
1/2 cup Fresh Apple cubed
1/3 cup crasins
1/4 cup raw almond (choped, slivered, sliced, your choice)
1 container Oikos Greek yogurt, plain
1 TBSP Lite mayo
1/2 tsp Soy Sauce
Eat alone or spread onto wheat bread, pita bread, or whole wheat wrap.
Makes 3, 1/2-cup servings
