Ingredients

    3 1/2 c Water 1 c nonfat dry milk powder
    1 med Banana, fresh
    1/2 c Dates, pitted, packed down
    2 tsp Vanilla Extractt
    3 T. natural peanut butter

Directions

Whiz all ingredients in Vitamix until smooth.
Chill
If using immediately, use one cup less water and replace it with 2 cups ice. Blend until smooth
