Introduction

Trying to blend good nutrition with lowered calories and fat for our family. Pretty good! Trying to blend good nutrition with lowered calories and fat for our family. Pretty good!
Number of Servings: 42

Ingredients

    1/2 cup butter (slightly softened)
    1/2 cup honey
    1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
    1/4 cup egg substitute
    1/4 cup applesauce, unsweetened
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1/ tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 cup flour
    1 cup raisins, not tightly packed

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Mix dry ingredients; then mix in butter, honey, applesauce, egg substitute, vanilla and oatmeal.
Bake on cookie sheet lined with cooking spray for 8-10 minutes. (Better when you removed them just a little underdone,) 1.72 WW. poinys, so 2 of them are about 3 points and 1 of them is a 1.5 points.
