16 oz cole slaw mix chopped small; 2 raw carrots grated small; 1/3 cup brown sugar granulated; salt & pepper to taste; 1/2 cup oat milk (or buttermilk if you prefer; 1/2 cup Miracle Whip (or mayonnaise if you prefer); 1/2 cup lemon juice. Mix all together and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

I don't eat a cup of it. I only use 1/4 cup or sometimes 1/8 cup of cole slaw.
